Another great sherry from Lustau, this one with a difference.  Firstly, it is a vintage sherry which is unusual, most being blends of wine of a range of ages.  Secondly, this is produced almost more like a port, with fortification happening before the end of the first fermentation.  This means that the sweetness in this comes from the original grape sugar and is not added later, as it is with most sweet sherries.    It also spent 14 years in barrel before being bottled so is full of the rich nutty, toffee, caramel flavours you would expect of an Olorosso.
