our wines and what we are trying to do and, importantly, spend all sorts

Mr Amit Patel is a customer
who has crossed the line, so to speak. Having been wildly inspired
by school of wine, many, many tastings and countless bottles of incredible
stuff, he started to hang around so often begging for something to do
that eventually we thought we would give him a spot on our blog.
We have been a bit hopeless at regular postings ourselves, so perhaps
this will work.
