We are delighted to announce that we will be doing a dinner with the very lovely Local Greens  on March 29th.  If you don't know who they are, you should follow the link and find out immediately.  For people who care about food being local, organic and tasty, they are a great resource and a small company we support whole heartedly.

OUr menu that night will be exclusively vegetarian, using produce grown by the farmers that they work with.  We were very keen to do this event as our menu has evolved considerably since the first heady days post refurbishment when it was a tad too meaty and of course any excuse to do a spot of food and wine matching and then share our findings is fine with us.  The evening will proceed much like our group tastings with each of the wines being introduced with a brief word about the dishes and why these were matched and then you will be left alone to feast before the next round.  Super.
