A partnership between Rosemount Estates and Gordon Ramsey's American version of Hell's Kitchen has just been announced. This is not the first time that quality chef Ramsey has teamed up with such a producer (it was Lindemans a few years ago) which for us, raises serious questions about his integrity. By Kate.

I recently went to a trade tasting at the RAC in Pall Mall. This is a scary private members’ club that doesn’t allow women in the swimming pools on certain days of the week. I shuddered to think what their rules were on allowing Indians in the dining rooms. I certainly wasn’t about to enquire … By Amit.

Most of the people that own vines in Champagne sell their fruit to the big name champagne houses who blend it to create a house style. Very few grow their grapes to vinify their own champagne. The product of this process is referred to as “grower champagne” or “farmer’s fizz”. By Amit
